The name Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä was founded by Tsêv Mlêv Shîbê, who was culturaly Goblin.

Overview

Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä was founded in time immemorial, reportedly some time durring the early 6th century, by Tsêv Mlêv Shîbê. The establishment of Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 6th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä is is constructed arround a series of restrictive packed earth mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The city is in posession of a finaly crafted dwarvern style fortified fighting wall, completer with lower, middle, and upper battlments for use in sloped-fire defence stratagies, murder holes, and statues which may or may not be constructs, and, of course, MERTICULATIONSshortsizename is one of the wealthiest and politicaly connected settlments in the world.. The city's Ragnarock-era relics have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the city.

Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä has the unmistakable air of a city on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Lē̌vv Hē̄ō Ni̋ēkēä ’s existence has dried up and the city is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.
